✅Brisbane City Council’s redevelopment of Hanlon Park is well under way with major excavation work underway.
âś…Fit out of apartments on Tower 1 is in the final stages.
âś…1 & 2-Bedroom displays are complete and open for inspection.
âś…Our internal lifts in both towers are complete.
âś…The ground floor lap pool shell has been sprayed & is ready for finishing trades in the New Year.
âś…Services (plumbing, electrical, security, Air Conditioning & fire sprinklers) are almost complete with only levels 7 & 8 on Tower 2 to go.
